Health Science Librarians of Illinois Annual Conference will be held on November 6-7, 2008 at Holiday Inn Select Chicago-Tinley Park Convention Center, Tinley Park, Illinois. Please join us to get connected with other librarians to brush up your professional skills.
This year’s conference focuses on your passage to professional knowledge, both as a practitioner and a leader.

The keynote address on Friday is “Let No One Steal Your Joy: Practical Tips for Dealing With Difficult People”, Janet Jensen, Riverside Medical Center, Kankakee. Janet presented to the Chicago & South Consortium, and we liked her so well that we invited her to speak at the HSLI conference. She’s a dynamic speaker and offers practical advice on this sensitive topic.
