The SELA Mentoring Program was developed to assist new and old members, professionals and library associates/paraprofessionals with their library experiences and to understand how a library association (i.e.

Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia
